OSDIA has hundreds of lodges (chapters) located nationwide. Lodges meet regularly for social and community-oriented activities. Dues vary according to the individual lodges.

In mediation, the mediator must create a bridge between the parties’ wishes in order to resolve the dispute. A decision in this procedure requires the consent of the parties.
